Is there enough time in your day to do all that you want or need to do? Does dinnertime seem to be more
of a hassle than an enjoyment? It will require hours each week to plan,
shop, cook and wash the sink-load of dishes. It may even mean multiple trips to
the grocery store, or just giving up and calling for delivery. Otherwise, you may
simply grab something quick from a fast-food drive-thru, which is a far cry from
healthy eating.
My goal as a personal chef is to help you solve these challenges. Dinnertime
should be a relaxed and enjoyable respite at the end of a busy day. You should
not have to sacrifice your health or quality of food for convenience. Instead,
you should have a variety of delicious, well-balanced meals, which reflect your
personal tastes, in addition to your personal goals. These are all things I can
do for you. along with the shopping, planning, preparing, cooking, storing and
cleaning. Now wouldn't that add a few more hours to your week and a smile to your face?
